Care to Doof?
So many names to call your site, but this one must be the most mind-boggling of them all. Doof.com is a casual gaming portal with social networking functions in tow. According to the interview that news site Guardian.co.uk did with a Doof executive, the site has a roster of 50 games, all of which are unique.
They currently have 400,000 registered users, all of whom can play against each other, buy little virtual gifts or send rude and naughty pictures at each other. The flash-powered site loads fast enough and is a very much an eye candy, IMO. You can also re-color the whole site according to your taste, with just a mouse-click.
Unfortunately for me, I don’t know anybody on Doof, even if I already used their built in webmail crawler. Although you’ll definitely get a bit of invites from Doof-ers you don’t know, I’m not sure if adding them up seems like a good idea.
Ahaha, so much for my social networking skills. Well, off I go to play a round of word search.
